As part of Legend Homes dedication
to each client, their team will conduct
a 10-point customer care program to
ensure communication and satisfaction.
This program is in addition to Legend
Homes internal quality assurance measures
such as planned inspections, completion
checklists and verification of quality.
1. Pre-construction conference with plan and contract review.
2. Pre-construction visit to home site.
3. On-site electrical review (prior to electrical rough-in) to verify locations
for all lighting fixtures and devices.
4. Pre-drywall walk through to verify all mechanical items are complete
and properly located.
5. On site meeting to review exterior, including final grades, steps, driveway
location and configuration, plans for patio or deck, walkways and any other
concrete surfaces.
6. On-site review of landscape plan.
7. Homeowner Orientation – conducted when your home is complete and
ready to close upon completion of any remaining items.
8. Final Acceptance of 100% complete home.
9. Weekly progress calls during construction.
10. One-time touch up during first year of ownership.
